When I try to make a request, I get a "Patron information is not available" error

This can happen if you have a OneLink account you're logged into, which is separate from your Rubenstein researcher account. You'll need to log out of that account first and then place your request using your Rubenstein researcher account by following these steps. 

1: Logout of this account (OneLink):

 

2. From the box list page, do not use the login button at the top right. Choose your box number to request using the blue Request button circled in green below:

 

3. Sign in on the screen that comes up after you select your box. If you don't have a NetID (Duke) or a ONYEN (UNC) you'll want to use the "Sign In" option on the right.
